These Terms of Use govern your use of the ShinoBee app and related services. By using ShinoBee, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are intended to function as the end user license agreement (EULA) for the app.

These Terms are between you and the ShinoBee app provider, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content except to the extent required by applicable law.

ShinoBee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Language learning, speech recognition, and AI-generated feedback may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You should not rely on them as the only source of truth for important decisions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

If your account is terminated, your access to Pro features and stored content may end, subject to applicable law and retention obligations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
